business to business referral system. Billings can be done either
through the iClear® system, New Invoice, or directly. FAL's
computer managment system enables the firm to provide its clients with
timely status and personalized foreclosure reports, and the firm can
generate court forms without delay for all counties within the State of
Illinois.
FAL also understands that business
continuity is very important to the client. As a result the firm has in
place a disaster recovery plan which includes the ability to relocate
all services and staff to a fully functional and operational site
within a 8 hour period.
FAL distinguishes itself
from its competitors in that it does not treat the foreclosure process
as something that can be accomplished in assembly line fashion.
